Hailing from Jamaica but residing in Kent, Audrey Angela Lumsden (aka Angelane pronounced Ange-lane) is known for delivering a unique blend of smooth jazzy, r&b, soul vocals that uplifts and inspires.  Following on from her striking debut In The City, her impressively wide vocal range can be heard on her newly released single, Nobody Wants To Know.  Angelane’s voice has been described as soothing, with pure tones that float toward the listener with persuasive ease.  Surrounded by music for as long as she can remember.  Angelane started out singing in church after being encouraged by her mother, and through a series of musical experiences in church her dream to perform her own music came to life.

Angelane’s musical passions could be found on her first contemporary gospel album, ‘Gerbera Nights’ (released in 2013), which was an album for the church community.  Since then, Angelane’s music releases have expanded, she’s managed to gather a loyal fanbase from many different communities, as well as support from the music industry.  Some highlights of her journey so far was having performed at the London Palladium and also in the presence of Diana, Princess of Wales.  With some impressive projects in the pipeline, we cannot wait to see where she’ll take this.
